In short

• We set no advertising or tracking cookies and use no ad networks or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• Beyond the technically required access data (see “Server log files”) and the data required for spam protection (see “Spam protection”), the only personal data we process is what you submit through the contact form (below).

Contact form

When you use the contact form, the details you provide (name – optional, email address, message content) are processed solely to handle your request and, where relevant, to reply by email.

• Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent by submission) and/or Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures).
• Retention: details are deleted immediately once processing is complete (shortest possible retention).
• Sharing: no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To prevent automated abuse, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). This technically requires your IP address to be passed to Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots. No persistent tracking cookies are set. Cloudflare processes data per its privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

Server log files

The provider automatically processes server log files on each visit to ensure reliable, secure operation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These records are deleted or anonymized after a short period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, simply contact: info@burseg.net.
