🍼 Baby / Infant
- Stroller: Bring a compact, foldable stroller for every infant and child under 12 years old in your group; it won't count towards your child's baggage allowance, even if the fare doesn't include checked baggage.
- Child Allowance: Children are entitled to the same baggage allowance as adults, plus two child related items (free of charge).
- Seat Fares: This includes customers travelling on seat fares.
♿ Mobility Aids
- Wheelchair Check-In: You may check your wheelchair and receive an airport wheelchair with staff assistance to your seat, or remain in your own chair until the aircraft door.
- Tagging & Storage: Your chair is tagged at check-in and taken to the baggage hold from the aircraft door.
- Other Mobility Aids: Walking sticks and crutches are accepted.
⚽ Sports Equipment
- Sports equipment: Maximum allowed weight is 32kg, dimensions 0.8m (31.5") x height 1.20m (47.2"); items up to 2.2m (86.6") long like fishing rods, skis, and poles may be accepted.

🎻 Musical Instruments
